Returns & exchanges

At Dar Noha, each piece is intentionally designed and produced in small batches. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and truly love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scent or damage, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be received within the 30-day window.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hey@darnoha.co so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

 How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at hey@darnoha.co and include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your preference for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we’re unable to process refunds for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your request promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect depending on your financial institution. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is processed. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card with no expiration.

Last Call

Items marked Last Call are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
